Sloenka Logistic GR Privacy Policy
Last updated: February 2025
Who manages your data?
The administrator of personal data on this site is the company Sloenka Logistic GR, based in Szczecin at 5 Energetyków Street. Our Tax ID (NIP) is 8513250111. Paweł Michalski is responsible for everything that happens with the information about our clients. We have been operating in the transport industry since May 2017. Just as we watch over order at terminals and hubs, we also watch over your privacy. We do not sell your data to third parties or trade email lists. That is not our style. We use information only to efficiently handle your customs matters and advise on transport. If you have any questions about your data, feel free to write to pawel.michalski@sloenka.com. We respond quickly, usually within 47 minutes, because we know that in logistics time is money.
What information do we collect and for what purpose?
When you use our site, we collect only what we absolutely need for work. No fluff. If you fill out a contact form, you give us your name, business email, and phone number. You do this so that we can prepare a quote for a point audit for 1,430 PLN or analyze your CN codes. This data serves us exclusively for contacting you. Sometimes you send us transport documentation for initial verification. We treat these files with the utmost care. Analyzing one product category usually takes us 3.2 hours. During this time, your data is safe on our internal servers and only authorized persons like Mariusz Wójcik or Alicja Mazur have access to it.
We also collect statistical data on how you browse our site. We are interested, for example, in whether you read more about the SENT system or customs optimization in the port of Szczecin. We do this to know what advice is most useful for you. We don't track your private life. Facts and numbers matter. We simply want to know if our content helps transport companies avoid tax fines. In 2024, thanks to data analysis, we recovered 1,247,300 PLN of overpaid customs for our clients. This shows that a reliable approach to information simply pays off.
Newsletter and customs alerts
We have our own customs newsletter. We send it once a month. You will find specific information there about changes in transit regulations for 2025. If you give us your email, we will send you these alerts. You can unsubscribe at any time with one click. We don't send spam or unnecessary service advertisements. We focus on what actually affects your business – regulations, transport corridors, and ports. Your email data is safe with us and does not leave Sloenka Logistic GR.
Cookies
Our site uses cookies, which are small text files. The matter is simple: thanks to them, the site works faster. Cookies allow, for example, remembering your data in the customs savings calculator. This way you don't have to enter everything again when you return to the site after an hour. We also use cookies to measure traffic on the site. We want to know how many people visit us from Szczecin and how many from Świnoujście. You can disable cookies in your browser. The Sloenka Logistic GR site will still work, but some functions may be slightly slower. We do not use these files to bomb you with ads across the internet. We respect your time and peace.
Server logs
Every visit to the site leaves a trace in the server logs. This is a purely technical matter. The server records your IP address, date of visit, and browser type. It does this so that we can check if the site is working correctly. If, for example, the SENT system suddenly changes and everyone starts looking for advice from us, we must know if our server can handle such traffic. This data is anonymous. We don't know your name looking only at server logs. It's just numbers that help us keep the site in good technical condition.
Your rights
You have full control over your data. These are not just empty promises. You have the right to ask at any time exactly what we know about you. You have the right to correct your data if, for example, you have changed your business phone number. You can also demand the complete deletion of your data from our database. If we have finished support for customs clearance and you don't want us to keep your contact – just write to info@sloenka.com. We will delete everything within one business day. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Office in Warsaw if you find that we are not guarding your privacy as we should. But we assure you: we check paragraphs as thoroughly in customs law as in data protection.
Security during audits
During audits of historical customs declarations (we analyze data even up to 23 months back), we operate on large packages of financial data. Your invoices, specifications, and customs reports reach us through secure channels. We do not leave them on public drives. In 2024, our team intervened in 43 difficult cases before tax authorities. In none of these cases was there a data leak. We store documents only as long as required by law or as long as our cooperation lasts. Then they are permanently destroyed or archived according to the highest security standards.
Privacy contact
If anything in this policy is unclear to you, don't look for answers on the internet. Call us directly at +48 91 462 44 55. You can also come to our office in Szczecin at Energetyków 5. Paweł Michalski will explain everything to you personally. We are a real company, not an anonymous portal. We act specifically and without redundant fluff. Your data is as safe with us as cargo in a sealed container.
